WORKING TOWARDS OUR CQC REGISTRATION
Posted: 14/01/2025
Ashley James Medical is pleased to confirm that we are actively working towards formal registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
As part of this process, we are currently seeking new commercial premises that will allow us to establish our full compliance infrastructure. This step is essential to ensuring our governance, policies, and clinical systems meet the required regulatory standards.
Once our new premises is secured, we will proceed with our CQC registration application and begin preparation for inspection. This includes finalising clinical governance frameworks, quality assurance processes, safeguarding arrangements, and operational oversight in line with CQC expectations.
Achieving CQC registration will allow Ashley James Medical to undertake regulated activities where appropriate and further enhance the services we provide to our clients. More importantly, it represents formal recognition of the high professional, clinical, and ethical standards we already strive to uphold.
This milestone will cement the work we have been undertaking to build a reliable, transparent, and professional medical service, and will provide our clients with additional assurance that our care is delivered in accordance with nationally recognised regulatory standards.
LAUNCH OF OUR NIGHT-TIME ECONOMY (NTE) MEDICAL SERVICE
Posted: 10/01/2025
Ashley James Medical is proud to announce the launch of our dedicated Night-Time Economy (NTE) Medical service, designed to support late-night venues, bars, clubs, and events operating during high-risk hours.

Our NTE service provides experienced Emergency Care Assistants, Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs), and Paramedics, delivering a higher level of clinical capability than is typically available within many night-time environments. This allows for improved on-scene assessment, clinical decision-making, and patient care when incidents occur.

By deploying appropriately qualified clinicians with frontline emergency experience, we help venues manage medical incidents more safely, reduce unnecessary ambulance conveyances where appropriate, and ensure escalation to NHS emergency services is carried out promptly when required.

The introduction of our NTE Medical service reflects our ongoing commitment to raising standards in private and event medical care, while supporting venues in meeting their duty of care to customers, staff, and the wider public.

Posted: 31/12/2024
Ashley James Medical is pleased to announce the launch of our Community Falls & Urgent Care service, designed to provide rapid, professional medical support to individuals in their own homes and community settings.

This service focuses on the assessment and management of falls, minor injuries, and urgent medical concerns that do not always require hospital attendance. Delivered by experienced clinicians, it aims to provide timely care, reassurance, and appropriate onward referral when needed.

By offering structured clinical assessment and decision-making in the community, the service helps reduce unnecessary pressure on emergency departments and supports safer outcomes for patients, families, and carers, while ensuring escalation to NHS emergency services when clinically required.

The launch of our Community Falls & Urgent Care service reflects our commitment to accessible, patient-centred care and to delivering high standards of clinical support beyond traditional healthcare settings.
