Ashley James Medical is delighted to announce the completion of our new purpose-built Base of Operations, representing a significant milestone in the continued growth of the organisation and our commitment to delivering safe, professional and fully compliant ambulance and medical services throughout the United Kingdom.

Our new headquarters has been designed and developed to meet the rigorous standards expected by both the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and the Home Office. The facility incorporates dedicated operational areas including a modern administrative office, a fully equipped crew room and welfare area, an ambulance make-ready and equipment preparation bay, secure medical stores, and controlled-access storage facilities, all protected by a state-of-the-art security and monitoring system.

Every aspect of the premises has been carefully planned to support our robust clinical governance framework, operational procedures and quality assurance systems. The new base provides the infrastructure required to safely manage vehicles, equipment, medicines, documentation and operational logistics while ensuring the highest standards of security, accountability and patient safety.

With the completion of the facility, Ashley James Medical is now ready to welcome inspectors from the Care Quality Commission and the Home Office to undertake their formal inspections and assessments. These visits represent the next important stage in our regulatory journey as we work towards full authorisation to undertake regulated activities.
